Well, my Ancestry subscription is up for renewal next month. I guess the lower prices don't apply to renewals - or at least to me. I'm not sure if I will sign up again...$300 sure seems like a lot now when you look at the subscriptions of World Vital Records and Footnote. I have until 10 April to make my decision.

Your best bet is to call their customer service...the phone number in the UK for membership support it 0800 404 9723. Good luck on getting connected

I am unable get access to ancestry .co.uk to search for my ancestors. I have taken out a yearly subscription, but cannot get connected. Please advise !!!
